This is an advanced investigation of prescriptive analytics for business decision making, building on the deterministic and stochastic modeling skills developed in OPM 3500. A variety of models and frameworks, quantitative and non-quantitative, are offered as rational approaches to certain general categories and to several particular managerial decisions. Topics include preference theory, multiple objective and multiple criteria analyses, games theory, and group decision-making.
