Transcript Request

When possible, we strongly encourage online ordering of transcripts, including a secure document upload option if necessary (if emailing sensitive documents, please password-protect). If mailing documents, please allow extra time for processing.

Transcripts may be requested online, by mail, and in person. Students may request official transcripts to be sent to themselves. Student copies are available through CUNYfirst Student Self-Service.

What is the cost of a transcript?

Each copy of the transcript costs $7.00. Please make all checks or money orders payable to Baruch College. Transcripts sent from Baruch College to other institutions of the City University of New York are processed at no charge.
