This course is designed to provide students with an understanding of the design of pay programs with a focus on aligning compensation with company culture, business strategy, and HR goals. This course will explore the methods of pay program design including competitive market data analysis, design of pay ranges and management of compensation systems that align with an organization’s financial cost goals. This course will introduce students to the various components of compensation, and when and how they should be utilized in support of business and HR goals. Students will have opportunity to understand how to craft effective pay programs.
