Description

This is an advanced course in advocacy communication as it is practiced in public life. It focuses on the efforts of individuals and organizations to communicate and persuade toward the goal of social and political change. Students will examine the role that communication plays in contemporary contexts of advocacy, and have opportunities to design and workshop advocacy-oriented messages and/or projects.
