This interdisciplinary course examines intersectional thinking as an analytical practice to develop more advanced critical thinking about race, gender, class,and sexuality especially as it applies to Black and Latina/x women in the United States as well as in their global influences. It will explore relevant cultures and identities using multiple frames such as literature, politics, history, and art.
